Using Fotuna

Fotuna is a discovery and communication platform for clients and photographers. You agree to use it lawfully, provide accurate information, and keep your account credentials secure.

Profiles, requests, and bookings

Photographers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, rates, availability, portfolio rights, and client communications. Clients are responsible for the details they submit in booking and contact requests.

Fotuna does not currently process payments and is not a party to contracts, shoots, invoices, cancellations, licenses, or disputes between clients and photographers unless otherwise stated in writing.

Content rules

• Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent services, identity, pricing, or availability.
• Do not send spam, harassment, illegal content, malware, or abusive requests.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, moderation, or access controls.

Moderation and access

Fotuna may review, reject, suspend, hide, or remove profiles, content, requests, or accounts when needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or keep the service reliable.

Beta service

Fotuna is provided as a restricted beta and may change, pause, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but beta availability and behavior are not guaranteed.
